Where is Hugster located?
We're in Mount Waverley, and our portrait sessions are held at beautiful outdoor locations across the South-east and Bayside suburbs of Melbourne. We've got plenty of great locations, so I'm sure we can find one within your 25km radius.
What do I get?
A chance for your family to participate in a fun, natural portrait session with one of Melbourne's most sought after family photographers, Iain Sim. Every family who participates will receive a COMPLIMENTARY photography session plus a $200 credit towards any of our products to say thank you.
Can I have my whole family photographed?
It's a great idea to include the whole family in this portrait experience. It's more fun if you're all involved and you'll also see a different side to your kids when they're engaging with each parent in the photos too.
Can I purchase photographs?
Yes, of course, you do have the opportunity to purchase photographs after your session. We also have great design software which can make it very easy for you to select the right size, shape and finish for your walls. As a guide, we have finished wall prints from $550, custom wall collections from $1570 and smaller mounted prints from $290 each. We also have interest-free payment plans up to 12 months.
How long do you keep the photos for?
Photos are kept for 28 days after your Big Reveal meeting where you get to see the pictures and choose your favourites. Any images you purchase are also archived so that we can help you keep them safe.
How long does the portrait session take?
Every family is different, but you can expect it to take 60-90 minutes. We allow up to 2 hours just in case your kids need a bit of "warm-up" time 🙂
What if it rains?
Don't worry, if it's forecast to rain at the time of your session we'll happily re-schedule for you. One or two photos in light rain can be fun, but a whole shoot isn't. We want these sessions to be a great experience for the whole family.
